what are the shipping fee ?

Free Standard Shipping to USA.

We only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
International Orders : due to carrier service suspensions and delays we currently can only ship orders within the United States.

when do you ship ?

As long as all items are in stock, you should receive a shipping confirmation in 2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the items are shipped out. Expected delivery days are as follows.

Delivery Date:

normally within 3-7 business days;

We ship our packages via UPS, Fedex, USPS.

Returns + Exchange

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will love our bedding! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are refunded in the original method of payment. Please note that sales during our Annual Sale are not included in our return policy and are strictly non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was delivered to you. The items can either be mailed back to us or returned in person to our warehouse in USA during business hours (9am – 6pm, Mondays to Fridays).

To initiate a return simply email Email: service@sunvehome.com or write to us through the contact us form with the order number and reason of return.

How do I exchange an item?

We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that only 1 exchange is allowed.
Subsequent exchanges or returns will only be permitted if the items are unopened and unused.

Can I order a custom design?

We do fill custom orders if Minimum Order Quantity are met and we are given enough time to prepare the order. Call or e-mail us with any inquiries with regard to custom orders.

can i cancel my order ?

Our orders are processed automatically and cancellations are not always possible if the order has reached our warehouse. If you contact us, quoting your order number we will advise you on the progress of your order and assist with your request.

My promotion code doesn't appear to be working, why is this?
